Move a familiar object from a shelf to a windowsill. A transparent surface picks up the color behind it; an opaque one holds a shadow. The same shape can feel entirely different without changing at all.

## Light changes the conversation

We followed a clear vessel through one afternoon, photographing the small shifts rather than waiting for a perfect scene.

> A small observation can be the beginning of a larger story.

### Try this

- Start with something close at hand.
- Write down one detail you would usually miss.
- Return later and see what changed.
